Thank you for choosing YourBasket. We aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or National Holidays.

  • In case of unexpected delay, we will update you through WhatsApp/Email.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier partner service availability.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp or Email.

  • You can use that link to check the live status of your order anytime.

Damaged / Wrong Product Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Send us:

    • Unboxing video (mandatory)

    • Clear photos of the product

  3. We will quickly resolve or replace the product.

Without unboxing video, replacement/claim cannot be processed.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns/Exchanges are only accepted in case of damaged or wrong item delivered.

  • No return/exchange is accepted for change of mind, size issue, or used products.

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

  • Please ensure your complete and correct address at checkout.

  • If the package gets returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping  

  • International shipping costs and customs duties are paid by the customer.

  • Delivery may take 8–20 business days depending on destination.
