Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – YourBasket

At YourBasket, we offer FREE Cash on Delivery (COD) on all eligible orders to ensure a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience.

Availability of COD

  • COD is available across most pin codes in India.

  • If COD is not serviceable for your address, you will be notified during checkout.

Important Conditions

  • Once the order is confirmed, please do not refuse the delivery at the doorstep.

  • If the customer refuses or does not accept the COD package, then:

    • Their future COD orders may be disabled.

    • Orders may require prepaid payment next time.

Order Confirmation

  • After placing a COD order, you may receive a confirmation message/call/WhatsApp.

  • Only confirmed COD orders are shipped.

Return / Replacement on COD Orders

  • COD orders are not eligible for cash refund.

  • If return is accepted (only in case of damaged or wrong product):

    • Customer will receive either:

      • Replacement of product, or

      • Store credit valid for future purchases.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory to claim any issue.

Required for Return Approval

To validate your claim, please send:

  • Unboxing video (video must show package opening clearly)

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Order ID and Mobile Number

What is NOT Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind after receiving the product

  • Size/fit/color issue (if product matches description)

  • Used or damaged product after delivery

  • Claim without unboxing video

Refund / Replacement Method

Store credit can be used anytime, no expiry.

Return Shipping

  • In case of approved return, YourBasket will handle the pickup (no extra cost to customer).
